Which Reliable Wired Alarm DIY Fitting - With SMS
Discussion
A search suggests Texecom / Honeywell are the best regarded alarms systems but they can be awkward to set up.
I just want a simple system with four PIRs that must be reliable and be able to send a text when triggered.
I intend to simply alarm the: Lounge, Office, Garage and Bedroom 1 - if anyone breaks in they will go to at least one of these. I have dogs downstairs so don't envisage setting it at night.
I have additional garaging 200m from the house - I assume it's easier to alarm this separately as I'd like it constantly set (they are used for storage)
Have I missed anything ?
Which one do I need ?

It doesn't have to be a text message I just need it to notify me - the neighbours are unlikely to hear the siren.
It seems there are different types of PIR - some with multiple sensors to minimise false alarms but yes I guess a couple of door contacts would also do the job (but I've already run the wiring to the top corner for a PIR)
