On several occasions recently, the cold taps upstairs and the toilet cistern have lost flow. After a while the pressure returns. Downstairs taps are fine.
I presume this is something to do with the cold water tank in the loft. Any clues as to what the problem might be?
Right, replaced ball cock this morning, everything worked fine. Came home this evening. Ran bath, hot and cold fine. Went to brush teeth afterwards, no water in bathroom sink tap. Header tank full, pressing ball cock down, no water coming out. Kitchen cold tap fine.
