Anyone got any tips where to buy? Ideally online or from showroom (Lancs)

Went to Bensons today and like their No 3 firmness (middle of the road) but got home and looked at online reviews and read some horror stories.

Budget is maybe £800-£1000 for a super king.

We had a memory foam before - it was defo too hot for the Mrs. Was ok for me TBH.

Well not a good start to John Ryan... booked in for yesterday but they were a no show. Even had the 7am (ho-ho) call off the delivery driver to confirm a time but then nothing. Situation was made worse by the fact we tipped our old one after we got the call.

We returned our John Ryan. Was not wearing well and turning it was a royal PITA as it must have been close on 100kg.

We now have a memory foam mattress and its loads better.

Our was super king so was a total b'strd to turn.
It was developing quite bad depressions - strangely on my wifes side was worse and she is 3 stone lighter than me.
The middle was really nice but after only a few weeks it was defo not right.

They offered to swap it or give a refund and we went for the refund as they said the swap was a one time only swap.

They collected it without fuss though.
