Could an upper floor be added to this extension?

I understand it may be difficult to speculate based on these two crap photos I've got, but I was wondering about the potential of building on top of this extension using the existing brickwork. Do you think it could be done, or would the whole thing have to come down and be rebuilt?

Oh really? I wasn't aware of that.

Thanks for the replies, it seems the answer is a definite no I don't know why nobody has shared walls between extensions, it's a house I went to look at last week and wondered about it.
