June 2013 it was up for what seemed steep at £460K, then May 2015 for £750K and now at £850K.
I thought maybe it had sold a couple of times and they were still using the original photos, but hasn't sold since it went on the market in 2011. Good job really seeing the increase in prices!

Another listing only has 1 photo and that captures the beautiful exterior side wall staining. But it is a bargain being £5k cheaper from that estate agent!
