Bathroom costs

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure for what budget I need?

I want to get a very small bathroom refurbished professionally. Keeping the layout the same.

New toilet basin and bath. Replace carpet with vinyl flooring. New power shower but retaining the 'stand in the bath while showering' configuration.

About 6 sq metres of tiling needing replacing or possible regrouting.

How much do I need to spend to get something that won't put off potential buyers or tenants?

Thanks everyone. I was hoping for around £3k which looks as though it might just be feasible. But no point in skimping on the fittings when the labour cost is so significant.
