I'm having trouble finding hardwood (ie dark/mahogany-flavour) mouldings to complete a display case I'm making. Most of the stuff in shops is pine (and stained pine always looks like stained pine). I need a Roman ogee for the base and small birdsmouth or plain 'L' for the rest - any ideas please?

Thanks all; I found the RB site but their hardwood range is very limited.

Agree that one-off spindle moulding is going to cost £££.

I can make simple profiles here so might give it a go.

Wonder if framing suppliers would do? I had a small display case made by a pro about 15 years ago and that had a picture-frame base and small birdsmouth hardwood edges.
