Putting the finishing touches to our self build, and what was a total mess of a "garden" is all nicely levelled, and the grass seed is starting to come through. However, it would appear we have a mole or possibly two.
We've got just under half an acre, and we have a few mole hills concentrated in two opposite corners of the plot (with the house in between) so it might be two of the buggers rather than just one.
Apart from nuking from orbit or any sausage related plans, what is the best option here? Is this remotely DIY-able or do I need a mole catcher?

My neighbour and I used some sprinkly mole repellent stuff from Countrywide a year ago on our problem. Haven't seen the buggers since. Only costs £7.99 so worth a go:
