semi mirror window tint film

evening.
as per the title, we live on a fairly busy road, and want to obscure our bay window. we currently have frosted effect window film in the lower half of the windows. its great for privacy, but alters the colour of the light horribly, and is too solid looking.
i have seen houses with a semi mirror finish in the windows, and want to try something like this instead.
there are so many types, and % attached to them. is that the transparency or uv rating or something else?
i dont want the house to look like an office block, just like a clean window on a sunny day if that makes sense?

anyone got similar?

thanks for that. we will get some better blinds in time. when we moved in we had some horrid venetian blinds and the place was so dark. currently up is is some frosted effect we bought online. maybe we need the same but less dense?
