Leaking Pipes around Hot Water Tank

Hi Guys,

Please can you advise how I can fix this issue, it could be a case of tightening the nuts but I'm not too sure.

We like in Hampshire and have very hard water if that is of any relevance.

Thanks for the replies - I have a feeling the the top pipe was never fitted straight as it has always looked at a slight angle to me.

I've put a job up on rated people - last time I called a plumber the call out charge was £80...
