Calling all PH trades people - CB7 area

So - i started a thread a while ago about looking for a house in Soham, Cambridge and pleased to say we found one we liked, a three bed bungalow that needs plenty of work. We put in an offer which was accepted 
We have contacts in some trades but not all - wondered if i could get a list of what you do or who you could recommend?
I am not DIY in the slightest but have worked alongside many tradespeople and have a background in facilities management, i can talk a good craft but won't attempt it in my own place!
We are short;
kitchen fitter (would look for them to supply also..)
driveway
Double glazing
qualified electrician for full rewire and relocation of consumer unit - will obviously need to supply certificate for works after.
Alarm installers
CCTV installers
Skip hire
anyone help? We are currently sold subject to contract and looking to complete the sale within 12 weeks.
