Fell into my garden. Neighbour said he will pay to have it cleared up and replace fence but wont pay for smashed bench/arbor.

the tree kind of splits in 2 not far off the ground - this was one part of it. The other half is still standing.

He said he isnt insured so paying out own pocket. His tree. I noticed last summer it all looked dead as only one half of the tree had leaves on it.

The tree was too far away for me to notice any conkers.
The tree bloke has been and cut a load of it up - they dont seem the most professional outfit. He told me it was Oak, but im not sure now and think it probably is horse chestnut. He has left me a load of logs, but from experience horse chestnut is crap for burning!
