For my loft ensuite bathroom I've got a very nice grohe thermostatic mixer shower. Now an easy option would be to create an ensuite shower, wall mounted and simply connect a hose from the shower and have it exposed up the wall wither in a riser rail or a fixed shower head holder.

Ideally what I would like to do is have a wall mounted mixer, however, instead of having a flexi pipe coming from the mixer, you have a bit of kit (which is what I'm looking for) which goes from the mixer, a sort of rigid pipe, into the wall then it stays behind the wall totally concealed and emerges at the top by the shower head by way of a fixed shower arm.

Can I find the right bit of kit on the Internet... Although I never thought I would cite travel lodge as an inspiration for bathroom design it's what they have coming from their deck mounted shower mixer to create their shower experience.

Any ideas ? Can't find anything on eBay or Amazon...
