Cooker Hood went bang, Model help PLEASE

Can anyone help with the make and model of this cooker hood. I know the white sticker has the mod as
F23 120 INOX, I have tried a number of places inc online spare sites etc and nobody seems to know anything

Cooker is a rangemaster
Think il just buy a new one if can't easily find the required parts
