This is Smokey

It would need video to show her naughtiness speciality, so I'll describe it instead.

It's to sit on the floor somewhere, especially somewhere narrow where you are forced to pass quite close to her, and then, just as you are about to pass her, she will suddenly jump up and run across the floor, sometimes in a direction that forces you to stop rapidly or pull your moving leg out of her path.

She doesn't do it all the time, but every now and then. Which makes it worse, because if she did it all the time you would expect it. And then it wouldn't be so effective.

This is Sparky

Her behavioural problems occur in the bedroom mostly, where instead of jumping over you like any proper cat, she climbs over instead, pushing firmly on any paw that happens to be placed on a sensitive spot. Of which my wife, like most women, has many.

Thinking about it, you've got quite a lot of glass on that dresser, it will be within her jumping range soon...

Sparky has a major thing about Walls Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone. Here she is trying to ensure she gets her share. She has toned it down a bit because she now knows she is going to get some, but when she first started she was virtually trying to knock the bowl from my wife's hand. Unfortunately I didn't have the camera handy.

Somebody, and it wasn't me or the dog, leaving only the cats home at the moment - took a dump in the bath. Nice. Classy.
Sparky, shown a few posts above, committed the same offence the other night. In her defence there is normally a litter tray in that bathroom which I had taken out because she hardly ever uses it. But it's a weak defence.

I've put the litter tray back in there, BTW.

I haven't been able to get a picture of her doing it yet so here's a picture from a previous piece of naughtiness,

Sparky doesn't like the cat flap, which is in the kitchen door. So what she has started doing if she is outside and IF there is someone in the kitchen (the flap is transparent) is to hook the edge of it and pull it towards her, then let it bang back into position, then repeat the trick several times until someone gives in and opens the door for her.
