This little fellow is beong sold as a male tortoishell kitten. This is a special cat if true as they are super rare makes my female ginger look common. This little guy is 3/4 weeks old and his coat colour is not final.

So would you class him as a male tortoishell cat?

Ahh. That's good as I thought he looked very different smile. There was one reported in the Mail a while back, that was a dark torti aswell.

Point to note, due to the genetic defect causing the male torti they are nearly always sterile and I think can be deaf.
From what i have read he will be sterile and possibly also have female organs. This little guy is polydacdic has 6 claws on front feet aswell

Aww, that's good smile. I have read stories where people suddenly think they would be able to sell them for a ridiculous amount because they are rare, not realising they can't breed, (though will still spray so still need 'the op!') so of no value in that respect.
He will get the chop and will be chipped and put on vet plan so checkups every 6 months and jags and he will also be insured

Well i have had this kitten for 4 weeks and he has been for its jags. Now first visit to vet we were toldnirs a girl but we did not beleive what the vet was telling us. The second visit ti vet i made appointment with there cat vet and he had a look at the little one and at 13 weeks can still nkt tell me the sex of the kitten.

So it looks like i might have a hermaphrodite cat but can not tell til its neutered at 6 months unless something appears or 2 appear lol

Thats the problem. The distance is not close enough for a girl but its not far enough away to say its aboy. But the shap is a dot and not a slit. The tentacles should of appeared by now. The vet reckons they might gtow inside the poor wee kitten and if no testacles appear neutering might be exploratory as the will have to try find the genitals.

^ Yes, sorry, that is what I meant by not descended, not a fun op for all concerned (kitty and vet) but would need doing.

Let's hope that isn't the case!!
