What size luggage bag for my brother?

It's my brother's birthday soon and he's going to Australia towards the end of the year to work for at least a year or 2.

I thought a decent luggage bag would be a good gift.

So far I've found these which I like, but I'm not sure what size? around 70 odd litres or 110?

Cheers for inputs. I don't think he'll be traveling around much. He already went to Aus a couple of years back so he's going out there to work in Sydney predominantly. I think his baggage allowance is an odd sounding 32kgs (not sure if that can be over 2 bags or not?).

In the end I went for the Osprey Shuttle 80L bag.

Bag arrived today from wiggle. So came quickly!

Had a quick look over the bag and I'm pretty impressed. If anyone's interested it was 120 quid delivered and from first impressions I think I'll pick one up myself
