Best rate for disorganised tw*t

Aaargh

We're off on holiday tomorrow and irritatingly have forgotten to preorder some Euros
Ive tried online and cannot collect in time so we are at the mercy of counter rates

Assuming the Eurotunnel terminal is a bad place to buy then for 500 quids worth of Euros would you:

a) walk into the Post Office
b) walk into Sainsbury
c) take it from a cashpoint in Calais

Thanks - I cannot see in advance what the local options will give me but have a window to dash in first thing tomorrow, I have assumed their rates are worse than online but am not 100% from their websites

I can't remember the last time I went somewhere to get currency exchanged.

The charge I get hit with at cashpoints plus the unknown exchange rate are the reasons I wish to get tooled up today
