Going to Tunisia in September, a last minute decision , it's at an all inclusive resort in Port El Kantaoui, which I've read is a purpose built resort on the coast? It will be a chilled out by the pool and beach week, and perhaps a days excursion somewhere, the question is, do we need vaccinations as we won't be straying far from the hotel ? Thanks.
