I recently stayed in a VRBO with B&O throughout. The owner spent at least $100k on AV in a place that was amazing but not millions a night. To my mind that's crazy for 2 reasons. One, kids welcome! I had to make barriers around everything because of my 1 and 2 yar olds climbing on everything. Two, the average person on the street couldn't watch TV. I had B&O as a kid so understood the quirks. My wife had no idea. I had to set the TV up so that when it came on it was at her channel.

So, for those with rentals, do you have anything in your places that your potential guests may not appreciate the cost of?

SetaiMiami

They have done a good job in playing down the unit. The balcony is large and gives views of both the city and South beach. The place was large and overall a pleasant surprise.

I can't recommend the Setai highly enough for this going to South beach.
