Copenhagen - recommendations

Hi All,

I'm taking the other half to Copenhagen for our anniversary in a few weeks, its somewhere she's really wanted to go to for quite a while. Flights and hotel are already booked but looking for recommendations of things to do and places to eat whilst were there.

Thinking of ticking another place we want to see by going over to Sweden for a day, what else would be worthwhile going to or seeing?

Sorry for not posting for a couple of days, been away with work.

Thanks for all the suggestions and recommendations, especially ecotec and DkVelo. and will certainly look into the two restaurants.

Would it be worth hiring a car for a couple of days to see some of the other places or is everything easy enough to get to/see with pudlic transport?

Thanks, at the moment we are looking at mainly staying within Copenhagen so looks like it won't be needed.
