Travel time from LHR to Passport Office

May need to do a flying passport renewal run, can anyone give me a best guess total travel (also maybe best and worst case scenario!) time from Heathrow to the Passport Office which is next to London Victoria station I think.

Assume I can use trains all the way.

Trying to see if I can do it from Dubai - London - Dubai in 24 hours.

I know re the appointment, that's not an issue, passport is ready 4 hours after the appointment so that's a known factor

Just trying to decide whether I can land at 06.40 and back out at 17.05

This is the way to go. make sure you change at Hammersmith or Barons Court, so you just pick up the District line on the other side of the same platform instead of having to bother with escalators and all that jazz at Earls Court, Gloucester Rd etc.

Just printed this off, appointment now booked for 10.45 Friday morning, arriving at 6.35am and flying back out at 9.50pm the same day.

Any recommendations for any good boozers in and around Victoria? Need somewhere to park myself whilst they make the passport!
