Dog-friendly, luxury, coastal holiday option

Evening all, as above, we are looking for a high-quality property for a holiday in the UK with our very well-behaved dog. Ideally it would be on, or overlooking, the sea, and within walking distance of a good pub. Self-catering would be good, but we'd consider a hotel, although from experience having the dog sleep in the same room as us is not the most relaxing option!

I've found several websites with this type of property but almost everything is fully-booked. We'd like to go immediately before the school hols, but would go during for the right property without too much school holiday tax applied.

Prefer the SW or Wales but anywhere considered. Just putting this up in case anyone knows of anything, or perhaps even owns something suitable.

Thanks again. Re the sea, well, it's just a thing I have, I love to be by the sea and would love to live there one day, so a holiday property where I wake up looking out over the sea and can sit there with a glass of something watching the sun go down is my own personal version of heaven!
