Amsterdam with a teenage girl....My Daughter!!!

So, before you get smutty and start suggesting coffee shops, sex museums and the red light district...is there anyone out there who can suggest something to do with my daughter in Amsterdam. We like music, quirky, food, off the beaten track kind of things. We have a car so can ventures out of town too. We will probably visitAanne Franks place and maybe a museum or two but we really want something different...like the Beastie Boys favourite pancake shop which is on our list of things to do. Does anyone know any good Indonesian restaurants too, I remember eating Indonesian there when I was here age.
