Kalkan Turkey, milk recommendations and other stuff !

Going to Kalkan soon and would like to know if we can get any proper pasteurised milk as close to English milk as possible, if so which one, what does the carton look like etc.

Also, any amazing restaurants ? I understand there are many with roof terraces overlooking the sea but food quality is King for us first and foremost. A good view thrown in would be nice.

Any tips on what to do where to go.
