Campervan in Wales... Where do we go?

Hi guys I'm after a little inspiration, I've got a VW T5 camper that I'm renting for a long weekend. Looking at going to Wales but no idea where would be best. Picking it up from Lincolnshire at lunch time on a Friday so that's discounts Cornwall and Scotland due to time constraints.
Anyway, looking at possibly snowdonia area, but has anyone got any previous experience or advice?
