Family holiday recommendation

I'll be frank.. money's tight. Any recommendations?
Me, wife, and the 3 kids (2,4,7 in Summer). A pool & family friendly, half board I reckon would be wise.

Last year we drove to Eurocamp in France & all in the week cost us near £2,000 somehow. Less than that.
