Just pricing up a trip to New York in July

Three of us, one under 2 - other than Norwegian and La Compagnie (£1500ish) absolutely everyone else is charging £2300+ !!

Is there some odd pricing thing going on? Seems crazy considering we flew to China for £1400 recently.

Although an all business flight does intrigue me. Will other travellers on La Compagnie want to kill me for taking an 18 month old? wink

LC is perhaps a slight punt but Luton is easy for us and a day delay either side wouldn't be the end of the world.
Worse case would be needing to rebook with another airline at short notice I guess.

I wouldn't fancy transiting via Europe, just for the hassle with the 18 month old, plus the risk of bags missing us somewhere along the way.

Popular time to go. I went in November and it was 1200 for 2. It's the most competitive air route in the world, so you'll find that all the major airlines charge the same price.
seems a bit cartel-ish
