Sitting on arrivals in Arlanda Airport, about to fly home....how was it?
1) Yes, the beer is expensive but there doesn't seem to be much of a bar culture ( I wonder why!) so we didn't feel like we were missing out. I did however, take a litre bottle of Jim Beam Honey and a hip flask with me....possibly the best decision of the trip!
2) It's cold
3) The food is great although about 10% more than London prices, so £50 for gastro burger and fries with a beer for two in a trendy part of town.
4) The Vasa museum is a must, incredible place and ship.
5) Buy an SL ticket which gets you tube, bus, tram and water buses for 72 hours for a reasonable price. The boats a so clean and have complimentary coffee and wifi!!!
