Simular to Barcelona

So Mrs silversurfers sister is coming over from oz. A couple of years ago they had a girly 4 days in Barcelona and loved it so looking for a recommendation from the well traveled PH's for this years trip.


Mrs Silver is 40 and the sis is 50 going on 15 and mad as a box of frogs, beach is not important, they like cafe culture, bars clubs, bit of shopping history and cobbled streets type thing.

I was thinking Florence ?

Im quite sure she has 2 passports Uk & Oz she was born here, lived in Oz 20+ years.

She oftern travels here without any issues, thanks for the suggestions so far
