Recommend travel insurance please

any recommendations or travel insurance?

Including North America.
Preferably Multi trip.

I have been looking through the go compare sites etc, but the range of prices is wide.

Just wonderign if anyone can recommend one that has very good cover at a good price.

I actually found a good american express (through go compare).
£67 annual family.
Only find it through gocompare as far as i can see.

Amex look good.
