Thailand at Christmas / NYE
Discussion
Hi all, Myself and Mrs.JJ are thinking of going to Thailand for Christmas/NYE for approx 10 days. I have had a good read through the search section about holidays to Thailand. But none specifically with recommendations for December time. Any suggestions from any of the PH faithful?
At the moment we are thinking of 3 days in BK and 7 nights in Koh Samui or similar. Some suggestions of the travels agents people have used would also be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance. JJ

Thanks Rich, I am seeing from research weather on either side of the island is very different. I don't mind so much it being slightly overcast but the Im hoping it won't rain, thats going to be a big decision factor in where to stay on the island.
I actually looked at Southall Travel just now who are predominantly an Indian travel agency who have become massive over the last few years. Very competitive prices indeed.

Sad times indeed. I do hope things return to normality by the time we arrive for Christmas.
On a lighter note we have 3 nights in Bangkok. What is everyone's recommendation on the best wow factor rooftop restaurant to take Mrs JJ in order to celebrate a big celebration? I was thinking of the Banyan Tree rooftop but is there any better just in case?
