Travel Insurance for a pair Of ex cancer sufferers

I had a Kidney out in January due to a Mass on it. Totally out no sign of Cancer anywhere else and now being checked for the next 10 years. My Wife had a Lump removed from the top of her leg and had to have radiation treatment which finished a few weeks ago. Her wound isn't the nicest thing to look at as the radiation broke it open again but it is healing. Prognosis is very good but again she will be scanned for at least the next 10 years. The problem is now that we are looking to go on Holiday in the summer, preferably a cruise to a far east or US destination. I have looked at insurance and mostly it's either very high or phone us. As I do not wish to waste time has anybody any recommendations for a good insurer in these circumstances?
