Pampas grass in the front garden?

I've just had a very disturbing conversation which was triggered by the fact I have pampas grass growing in the front garden (was here when we moved in 3 years ago).

Turns out that it signifies that the occupants of the house are amenable to swinging and other nefariousness. Did anyone know this? I didn't :blush
