Has anyone else tried these?
I bought a Nicolites starter kit on a recomendation and I am very impressed. It gives the nicotine hit in the same way that a normal cigarette does but apparently none of the dangerous cancer ste.

I only smoke when I drink and so far this weekend I have only had 6 real cigs and that is cause I did not charge the battery on the E-cig. Usually I would have done 30 ish real cigs on a weekend.

The rest of the time I have been puffing away on this very realistic fake cigarette.

Is it too good to be true? Is it going to cause hair or bum cancer at a later date?

If they are as safe as they are supposed to be, what is the future? E-Spliff, E-Crack?

That video may be using old data as it states that the Nicotine hit takes 30 minutes to be felt with the E-cigs that he tested.

I can promise you thst it takes 1-3 seconds with the E-cig I am using.

But it's the same process; the same absorption route. Maybe you're getting some sort of placebo effect. He didn't personally test the e-cigs but was reporting what medical tests shown (and these tests weren't going on what people 'felt' but what blood tests actually showed).
Maybe it is the same absorbstion rate but In my limited experience I can promise you that I am now 2 bottles of white wine down, just starting on a can of Strongbow and I am happy to puff on this fake cigarette. It feels 90 percent real.

I never wish for a fag normally but after after my first drink ( only at weekends ) I always long for a drag on a cigarette and easily do 30 real cigs in a weekend. Hopefully this will be an end to it and eventualy lead to me being smoke and fake skoke free.

That's mine showing against yours on my my Ipad.

I have just lit up my usual real fag (Silk Sluts) as my E-Cig has just run out of battery. And to be honest? I prefer the taste of my E-Cig, hopefully this placebo effect will last.

Right, I started this topic and I'm a bit peed off.

My Nicolites starter set (which taste great, gives a good hit of Nicotine etc) has just run out of battery.
So I am back on real Silk Sluts and they now taste like ste.

What is a good (don't care about cost) upgrade.
I like the look of a real cig but I want a battery that lasts. I'll give the starter set to my Nephew in the hope that he gives up real cigs like I can....as long as the battery lasts.

Recomendations please.

I keep wondering why some are trying/going for the E-cig?
Do you want to stop smoking real cigs?
Do you want a replacement for cigs?
I have switched to these in the hope that,
A - I stop smoking cigs
B - I stop an addiction
C - I quit using a dependancy of something I have been a slave to for years.
D - last of all, yes I would like to save money but if I have money freely for real cigs then this is not part of the equation so getting it cheaper is not my A B C.
Understanding why you want to switch is (for me) , family and freedom and freedom to be free with my family Anywhere and Anytime.
To me going for a cheaper way to save money and continue the addiction is, failing at the first hurdle.
Looking for a way out of the matrix whilst embracing the matrix is doomed to fail.
A
B
C
D

Free.
I don't want to quit cigs, I love a fag and a pint. But I don't fancy the health issues surrounding real cigs, so E-cigs seem perfect for me.

Thanks Vanya.

Anyone near Bath? I need to stay away from the cigarettes!

More than happy to pay.
You could try A Nicolites starter set or disposeable as an emergency vapour stick.
They are available from Tesco Pharmacies.

I bought the SKycig kit, and am reasonably impressed. However, I am running out of the samples.

I particularly want menthol cartridges, as I prefer that over any of the other Skycig flavours.

Can someone point out / link for an idiot (me) where/what to buy to refill the cartridges. Thanks.

I like the Tobacco Gold, but the Menthol did impress me, I don't like Menthol real cigs but the SkyCig version was quite good.
