Following on from the discussions in the 'Show us your Zippo' and 'Things we want in the PH shop' threads, let's have a look at your tools wink:

I'll go first. This is my 'Wave' which I bought in the US back in about '97. There are so many uses for this thing!:

So, let us have a look at yours.

That's exactly how I ended up with a Zippo in the post this morning, thanks to The Nur and his Zippo thread.

I've moved from collecting victorinox to leatherman. So far ive a skeletool a skeletool cx a wave a surge a crunch a wingman and the daddy a mut.i think a charge will be next.
I wish leatherman sold individual blades separately a 154cm on a wave would be the perfect multitool.
Also prefer the non serrated blade on the cx.
My 5yr old got his first leatherman for his birthday last year, He has the knife-less style ps. He is very proud of it, it goes everywhere with him.

Knifeless you say? My two boys would love those! A bit of googling says that it is the "Knifeless Fuse". Anyone want to sell me one (or two)?

In the interests of spending my hard earned, which one should I buy? As long as it has most of the bits that I may need without being 'over'specced... any bargainous offers that may be available would aid the purchase too!
Check the Costco link I posted up there ^.

Just bought a Leatherman Rebar its crap, gonna take it back.

ETA - It doesnt line up when closed, the blades are flimsy and open together, it doesnt feel solid at all, it defonately real and bought from a reputable source, im gonna pay the extra and get a swisstool x I think.

Doesn't sond like a genuine Leatherman to me, I don't recall anyone ever complaining about the quality or finish.

Got this from my boss for Christmas. Quality bit of kit. My old Wave has a decent leather case whereas this has a cheap looking nylon case. Can anybody recommend a decent source of aftermarket cases/pouches?

Did anyone ask you as to why you had a multi tool on your person on your wedding day. And did you get to use it, ie cut the cake.
It's nice to hear that people use there tools rather than just chuck them
