I seem to sleep less and less, still fell knackered most the time.
Used to be in bed 10pm without fail, these days it's 11:30 and have to be up 5:30. 6 hours tops, with falling and waking times probably 5.5 tops.

I feel tired but still function. Lady Burg can go to bed any time from 6pm on and still sleep till 7am.
So how much does everyone sleep?
Feeling wide awake despite being up since 5:30 and had a cheeky beer or 6.

Guess i am not alone sleeping badly then, quite a few similar.
Must be time for a holiday again. Always sleep well on holiday. Rarely wake before 9, at home 7 is an extreme lie in.
High stress and pressure job doesn't help i guess.

Yep that's my problem at the moment, go to sleep with numbers and spreadsheets flying round my head and wake up thinking about the same thing.

Struggling to get to sleep before 1am and I'm awake before 6am. Sometimes as bad as 3am and 6am when I really can't switch off, I'm very tired the next day when that happens.

Normally once a week I'll crash and be asleep by 10:30pm, but then I'm awake at 5am. And given the opportunity I tend to just nod off to sleep on the sofa on a Saturday afternoon.

Going to join my wife and son on holiday on Saturday though, so really hoping the relaxation and change of scenery will change my sleep patterns. It's got to, I'm fking knackered!
Yep pretty much sounds like me. Any even slightly work related though and i'm off.
Turning the phone off doesn't help as then you fret about what's occurring.

One tip that has worked, bought a spare SIM and phone, advised all my phone would be off from 6pm to 8am daily and off all weekend. Gave those few that genuinely needed it the number. Now back on normal number and it rarely rings for stupid questions and non issues. But anything vital i receive. Which is very little that can't be dealt with in the morning / Monday.
