Usually makes me giggle seeing handiwork of some of the pro's on here, so god only knows what I'm thinking, but here goes.

Friend of mine got a cracking shot of me and mini_t a few weeks ago. I'd love to use it on a canvas or print somewhere at home, but I just dont think the background of the shot is 'nice' (don't know the other people, houses in the background etc). Absolutely no idea what 'nice' is, so am looking for imaginative ideas!

If you have any ideas on a decent backdrop for it, I'd love to hear them. A friend is very good at photoshop and I can send it to him to actually perform the wizardry on it, so looking for nice ideas. Unless you really want to...

Wouldn't the whole point of a print like that be because its linked to something 'real', the memories etc.

Personally if it were me I'd have it printed as it is. I would see absolutely no need to swap some completely fake background into it.
I agree.

Just get your mate to blur the background, desaturate it a touch and clone out that little dog st you just missed treading in.

rofl

I suppose you've got a point about the background. It makes a nice improvement just blurring it a bit.

I've just done the smallest tweak to the background. See if you can spot it.

I took the other people out - so you can focus on you guys. How's that?
That's fantastic! Thank you so much
