How to deal with noisy neighbours kids

My friend has some rather noisy that's next door..... How would you deal with them? Kids are about 10 years old and noisy, screaming brats.

Thanks guys. The kid does have a trampoline in the back garden, I did suggest piercing it in several places to weaken it so the kid would fall through but that suggestion, for some reason, was not taken up!
