how much do you pay for childminding?

need someone to pick up the 4 year old from nursery wed and thurs - 3pm until 6.30.

whats the going rate for childminders - how does it work do they take them to their house / yours? do they have more than one kid? do they feed them? do they deliver them or do you pick up?

village in north oxfordshire - nope no afterschool stuff after 3.30 - small school
