The lady at work!

I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet.
There is this woman at work that I fancy. She's absolutely stunning and whenever I see here walking around, I cannot help but take notice.
Why haven't I approached her?
A. I've never approached anyone within a professional environment before. And in this day and age it seems as though us men cannot do anything right.
B. She's about 10 years older than me.
C. I think I lack the balls. But they've grown recently... Obviously not big enough to make the move yet. I've recently handed in my notice so I feel I need to do something soon.
Any tips?

I guess I could email her... But that could be seen as weird. And what if she's one of these new breed of women who think all men are sexist pigs?
I seriously don't know how to approach this.

Seriously, just talk to her and get to know her. I met my OH at work. I didn't hit on her because I thought she was way out of my league, I just got to know her as a person. I thought she was hot but I didn't even bother having an agenda as I didn't think I stood a chance. Whatever basis you get to know her on, if there's chemistry it'll take over and you'll be in. If there isn't, it won't.

Wait until she goes to make a drink then go and get yourself a tea/coffee too. Perfect opportunity for some simple chat and briefly mention something that isn't work so she knows you aren't boring, but make sure not to drag it out or make it awkward. If it goes well you should try to trip her up when she's carrying her tea. Girls love it when you're mean to them.
Or be a weirdo and loiter near her desk. When she asks "What do you want?" you then blurt out something really embarrassing like a 13 year old trying to get his first kiss.

I know of one person (who is also rather hot) who has gotten to know her. I told this person I thought they were hot. She then started speaking with her during a recent drinking session. Turns out she's really nice. No idea if she has another half.
Anyway, she herself gave me her approval. However, I'm just to pussy to do it lol

Been busy last couple of days so not had the opportunity to review the responses until now.
No real updates. After work on Friday I went out with work for a few drinks hoping she might just turn up. Sadly she didn't lol. Start of a new week though so I'm hoping I'll make the approach!
