How best to screw over business who ripped off my Mum
Discussion
I sort of know a MILLION ways to do this.
But just for my own research purposes, let's assume that a builder has ripped off my 78 year old Mum and then threatened her when I issue proceedings.
How best to annihilate them.
All legal suggestions welcome. I've already called the VAT man and the Inland Revenue to report their cash deals.

Just to clarify - you want to pursue them legally or some other way?
I've already got a court date lined up. I am thinking about more serving them a cold sh 1t sandwich.................... in addition to the HMRC and VAT investigations they'll shortly be on the end of.krisdelta said:
Sorry to hear this is happening, not fun when people are ripping vunerable people off.
I'd recommend letting the court case complete, waiting a while then serving your chosen dish, cold.
Very much this.I'd recommend letting the court case complete, waiting a while then serving your chosen dish, cold.
It will all be legal and above board. But I am going to destroy them.
