Anyone else hate this?

"Have you been on your holidays yet?"

"Nice weather we're having for the time of the year"

"That was a good match last night, wasn't it?"

Have you ever felt like saying "STFU and cut my friggin' hair"

I have converted the pretty lass who cuts my hair into something of a petrolhead. It started with my taking second hand copies of Evo magazine to leave in their waiting area (better use than dumping them in the recycling) for customers to read, and we got talking cars. One day she mentioned the new Bini she'd just bought (bit stereotypical I know) and told me it was a Cooper S. I replied "oh they use those in the Mini Challenge" and she started asking about the championship, seeming very impressed that there was a one-make series for them - she's since become quite a fan from what I gather. smile

My friend (when he was 36) went into a barbers in Stalybridge, which was like going back in time, sawdust on the wooden floors, gaslight, décor from the 1800's and the barber who was well over eighty asked him:-

"Have you left school yet?"
