This shower have yet again failed to deliver my parcel. I know ..... but really I didn't think lightning would strike twice in 2 months. I was wrong....and I am paying for it.

£150 Dewalt planer sent and insured for £100...signed for. What could go wrong?

Just left at some random address and not signed for.

My argument is that this is breach of contract....anybody successfully claimed on this shower, aside from them just paying the compensation plus postage cost?

They might as well just collect the parcel, sell it on ebay and just compensate people on the proceeds....or perhaps that is their business model.

Their customer service is so bad.....I really can't beleive it. It's taken three weeks so far.....and their webchat just has to be experienced...there is a 3 minute gap between your question or statement and their response.

To be fair my local courier who contracts to them is really good. I've known him for a couple of years and his father before him

Never had a single problem with collection or delivery to me

I'm an optician, the NHS pays less than the cost of doing an eye examination, how much do you want me to care.
With the greatest of respects the Hermes guy does get the opportunity to sell you a pair of £600 spectacles though.

Did you pay for the 'signature on receipt' option? I think that might be added automatically when you take the enhanced insurance option above the std £25.

If they failed to get a signature & that was paid for as part of the contract, surely that puts you in a stronger position to make a claim?
I did pay extra for signature and insurance and I am claiming breach of contract but they are just ignoring me now. I have asked for my complaint to be passed to their legal department.

Whatever I ask they ignore.

They say they have agreed £100 and initiated its payment to me. Still haven't got it but its only 3 days.
