"Original Poster" Status

Chaps,

Something I have just noticed, i now have "original poster" next to my name on posts, how does one achieve this status?

I thought it would be based on length of posting, IE 12 months plus for example but I have only been actively posting for 9 months,

Can someone advise to end my curiosity?

The status should be used sparingly and only in exception circumstances, either to mock or to reward for 'services to PH'

I think one chap changed his name to Original Status, however the powers that be decided I had the rights to the name so changed his back to original and changed my old name to my current one!
