Photoshop help..again!! Mow this girl down with a train!!

Can any of you kind souls with the whereforall shop a train (Maybe a Casey Jones style one) onto the tracks behind Mrs Glocko's stricken daughter please?

Brilliant work chaps!!
The wheelchair is her brothers who has had an op on his leg but he was on his crutches at the time, we'd just been to a music festival and she was loaded up with the beer bags.
Had some fun with the chair that day, on the tube home I was in the chair when a group of teenage girls started sniggering at me. I wheeled myself in front of them and gave them a good lecture about how it wasn't nice to laugh at a guy spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair..nearly had one of them crying. Then we got to their station, I was between them and the door and they nervily started going around me. "Sorry girls am I in your way?" I said as I jumped out of the chair and carried it to one side!! Screams galore! That'll learn 'em!

Dunno about that, I have a garment printing business and printed it myself.
If there is any interest I could supply, with any profit going to my local Stroke Rehabilitation Unit (which is my daytime job!)
