The Plank - League Table
Discussion
I also contribute to a triathlon forum and they're running a plank league to see who can hold it the longest and to encourage a bit of friendly competition and core work. thought it might be a bit of fun.
This is what I mean for those in doubt: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises_10...
Wildly outlandish claims to be backed up with a video, so no cheating.
I'm off to the gym in a mo, so will give it a go and post my (no doubt poor) time.
If you're game, add your time to the list and as you improve, update your time.

Custard or not true
What's worrying is that to do this, I'd have to do a movie on my phone, pointing up at my sweaty gurning face, complete with the horrifying effects of gravity on the chin(s).Having described that, I imagine 50% will never ever want to see that, and the other 50% are making popcorn and getting ready for a bloody good laugh.

It might be a good idea to edit your first post and put the league table at the bottom of it? People can just submit their times on the thread and you can update the table, if you wouldn't mind?
I'm going to avoid that as if I drop off the thread for any reason it stalls a bit. What I will do is try and keep a current champ edit up to date.Cracking work on the purty table and the planking folks.
