What does everybody think to this? Could be a good routine to get to a half decent base level then progress from there?

Okay, well I'm gunna stick to this for a month and then see how things go.. Add a few more things in! It's weird how much easier I found this the second day in rather than the first!

Thanks, I think I'll stick to it and see what happens.. I'm built small anyway, hoping to see some gains from this in a month or two?

Not massive gains in size, just would like to be that little bit bigger. I'll stick it and see how it goes, what's to lose hey? Only thing is I haven't got access to a swimming pool.

I passed a simular test for army selection twice (had been a year since I first passed) and I don't think I'm far off what I was back then in fitness terms although I'm by no means an athlete.. Just a stuborn f*cker who doesn't like giving up smile
