Juicer

We bought a juicer yesterday, purely out of the blue,

They say they are good for shedding a few pounds & are supposed to be very good for you. It's still in the box unopened ,

Anyone own one on here & can advise the way we can get the best out of it.

Not sure i fancy Broccoli & celery juice tbh

We have an allotment & seemed to waste so much last summer , juicing seems to me like you could eat more natural goodness in a liquid form rather than whole.
