back pain after walking

for a few years (well most probably 8 or so) i have been having spasms in my back when sitting after walking for a bit it always semms to happen sooner if im carrying bags etc, if i don't sit down im usually fine.

is there anything i can do for my self or is it just go see the doctor ?

i thought it might have been that and got some over a year ago didnt seem to do much but there again i wasnt overly impressed with them or him one issue i found was they didnt fit all my shoes and in some they meant they didnt fit any more so at the moment they are in my work shoes.
might be worth me trying another specialist then. i do know i have overpronation and my heel/ankle isnt straight, slighly bow legged and have a slight curvature of the spine or so my mother told me
